@MDSKATER35 i would have loved to shoot this in manual, but because of the low light i had to sharpen it cause it looked really muddy before i edited. and because i was changing light direction i couldn't keep the same settings and have it stay the same for a whole line, and i couldn't change settings very well while moving
to my knowledge, the 400 has better manual controls, the 500 has better auto, and i think they have the same quality 3ccd sensors. so if its better or not depends on your shooting style
were you in auto settings for this cuz i think it would look better if you filmed with manual settings its looks like the picture it too sharp
