Thanks for taking the time to share your knowledge. The technique shared in this video seems to be a light percusion method designed to foucus on acue-points. I found this intresting because I have never seen percusion used in acupressure.
While holding specific energy points and then adding a light "disturbance" to the energy system allows the old pattern to be broken up and a new healthier energy flow to develop. EFT is similar in adding a "disturbance" to an energy cycle to clear it. If points are held while tapping then you don't need to know the "core issue" (EFT, EMDR)before balancing the system.
