hi, i am starting a senior cardio class at our local dance studio. what would you say would be the best type of routine for the class? i want to be able to do fun, slightly energetic things, but i'm not sure how far i can push everyone. your input would be very much appreciated. :)
@KGdreamer It will depend on the level of fitness and experience of your participants. I would have everyone fill out some type of pre-activity screening form to help you get an idea. My personal philosophy has always been to start with simple patterns and build from there. Watch them as you're teaching and make sure that most of them can follow before you go on to the next level of intensity. Be sure you have your participants sign some type of waiver of liability too. Best of luck to you. M
