The west bank was not part of the ceasefire. Hamas was looking for any reason to start attacking again. Speculation is that they just wanted to rearm. Israel brought Al-aqsa martyrs brigade under control by providing them amnesty. Most of their "soldiers" are now part of the PA army. Hamas did not stop anyone doing anything, and celebrated when they did.

The point of the video is that Palestinians are and have been under Israeli military occupation since 1967, and many of them have been refugees since 1948 -- because of Israeli expulsions. This is the world's largest refugee population, and the world's longest military occupation. Having said that, deaths on either side are deplorable. But there's a reason why Palestinians are angry.
