Talk to the Zamorak Mage to do the quest for the abyss. If you do laws that could get you a lot of money but I'm not sure if natures are better or not.

you can do iron knives and take a month or something and lose not much money.

ahh no not really...but in the end of getting 99 mage..you get MAX enchant points 16000. you can buy alot of shit with that if you get the rest of the other points.

the best way from 87-99 str would be to go to the bandits...I recommend bringing full guthans or bones to peaches spell :) hav fun..
