One thing I love on this game over BF3 is that unlike BF3 they dont show your K/D until the end of the match, only your points, so you dont care as much about dying since no one can really see it. Overall this game feels a bit more playable then BF3, but I love both games. There hasnt been a single bad battlefield in my opinion.... except for maybe BF Heroes.

Planes were a waste for console hardly changed the battle much graphics more realistic but dull color

@xXxSexyGoddessxXx I like BFBC2's maps better. I think that they're about the same size or maybe just a little bit smaller. I personally think that a lot of the maps on BF3 are a little too big on the consoles. PC version of BF3 is great though.

Still on the fence about whether this is better than BF3, but this definitely had a better menu system. I hate how they try to fit every kit on the screen while also showing your squad and the map in one frame

I just signed back into xbox live after 3 months because of a broken internet connection and signed up with a trial account. When I try to play BBC2, it says that my profile doesn't have permission. I went to the family settings in my account and allowed EVERYTHING, and even created an EA account, but NOTHING WORKS. Battlefield 3 was a majorly disappointing for consoles. Not only were the console graphics sub par to Bad Company 2, which was made a year earlier, but the level design in the campaign was absolutely horrendous. It had no real sense of direction and just as things seemed to get going it ended. The enemy AI was incompetent to the point of standing perfectly still and firing never ending clips at you. The online lags to the point where it's almost impossible to play (consoles).

What i mean is that i think it's better to wait for BF3 to come out in just 9 days instead of buying this. After all lets be honest i doubt BC2 will have a lot of servers once BF3 comes out. When the Open Beta was on BC2 had only close to 5000 online players. And i don't mean "Don't buy this game" i mean buy BF3 now , buy this later.

I see what you mean. Its my favorite FPS at the moment as well. It doesn't really matter if you buy BC2 now or later, but I agree with you about the servers. I know that everyone including myself will most likely switch over to BF3 for a long period of time before the servers on BC2 start to fill up again. I just got the BC2 Vietnam package and I have to say, its hard to find a decent lobby most of the time.

I'm from Argentina , and sadly Vietnam doesn't has not even 1 server from this country so the least ping i can get is 200 , and while thanks to BC2's great connection it IS playable, it still pisses me off sometimes , like when trying to shoot helicopters down.

@DARKRIDERxETFG do you mean battlefield 3, there is a difference bad company 1,2 are different from battlefields core franchise. take call of duty for example there is call of duty 1-3 (ww2) modern warfare series (modern) world at war (different from 1-3 but still in ww2) black ops(cold war/vietnam) see all from the same franchise nothing to do with each other. bf3 will not continue battlefilds bad company's storyline

@OrangeCounty92 The multiplayer is certainly different than CoD and Halo since you are playing on a large battlefield. it may seem a little slow paced and at the beginning esspecially for someone like you who has more of a faster multiplayer expirience, but soon you'll hopefulyl have a lot of fun. You have to note though that this game heavely implies on teamwork. otehrwise nothing works.

Campaign wise, I don't think that much is different. It's your basic liniar campaign I guess.

@OrangeCounty92 Compared to games like Call of duty and Halo, which take place on smaller maps it's a little slower paced. (Excaptz if you're playing Squad deathmatch, which makes you play on a smaller version of the maps and is all about just shooting the other teams.) But once you get into int, whoch si probably gonna take just a few hours, you know how to handle the battlefield. It's defenatly worth a try.

@parodyboy95 Yes, you are right, but when you base your opinions of your feelings, what IGN does, it isn't factual evidence, meaning you can not state it. So when IGN says something like The story feels repetitive I get upset because COD has used the same story set up, even mission levels, from COD4, to W@W, to MW2, nd black ops is an expansion pack with a BS story attached to it. Gamespot provides factual information, that isn't based on JUST facts.
