I pretty much just died when Bryan was passionately talking about the lens and Giancarlo was like, "What do you mean lens? It's just pencil on paper." I love the dynamic and details to this show so much. They seem to have exceeded themselves on the bits of Korra I've seen; I'm ecstatic.
Y'know, John O'Bryan has plenty of reason NOT to go on message boards and see fan reactions. Why? He wrote the episodes "The Great Divide" and "Avatar Day". Not exactly the ones with the best reactions...
Oh, if only they had the "Aang Zuko" pairing. I honestly think it would be extremely awesome to see that unfold. I mean, don't get me wrong. The series is still freakin' great, amazing, wonderful! It's just a thought...
to be honest that's one of the most important and core relationships in the show. I mean I honestly don't give a damn about ship wars, much less Zutara because honestly wtf is that crack? However Aang and Zuko just have such a fascinating relationship (Aang is Zuko's spiritual grandfather) they both have parallel jounreys and they both are going to be needed to rebuild the world after the war. Aang/Zuko is definitely a great relationship.
@coralin378 Thanks for agreeing. Kinda thought people would overlook that key fact about them and they don't realize Zuko and Aang can be in a nice relationship. Nice to know someone else notices. :)
It's so great listening to the creators talk about all the little aspects that makes this show great. I didn't even think about the angles in the animation. Now that they mention it, I can't think of another show that uses those crazy angles in their animation!

Andrea Ramano is the only person in American animation who KNOWS what she's doing. I wish some of the anime voice directors knew her stuff, so dubbed anime wouldn't sound so bad.
