Clearing up extra space on your control panel and performance and maintanance options will make the converting go faster. Because the less "junk" on computers the faster the computer will run. Like for converting multiple videos.

So, with the new youtube layout, there's no url box in the sidebar (which is now under the video). I tried just copying the url from the box at the top of the screne where you type in the urls (don't you just love my vocabualry?) and using that, but the AVC keeps telling me the download fails because "Cannot find URL of video file, maybe need login" What do I maybe need to login to? Are the URLs not the same? Please HELP! :(

Is the audio there at any time...Can you play the audio on your computer and not on the disc?

If there is no audio at all download the video to a diffferent format.

I think you have the wrong one....go to google and type in "free any video converter" and the first link is the one....Looks like you got AVS not AVC.

And if you convert the video to AVI it should open in Sony vegas for editing...In fact it should open most things...

Ok I have just realised that you probably do not have certain codecs installed on your computer. Windows movie maker and windows media player require extra codecs to play xvid, which is in and avi, etc...Same with Audio. You can get the codecs you need by going to my site and searching for an article on windows media player in the top search bar. Its about how windows media player won't play dvd's but it has links to XP and Vista codecs you need.

You would have to reaearch the copyright laws for that...But if you can then it is easy to upload to youtube...Just sign in, press upload, fill in the details like title etc, then browse for the movie on your computer...
