In the Roger Waters In The Flesh show, it was no less than Katie Kissoon singing the David Gilmour  parts of the song. It gave me goosebumps (and on the DVD it looks like Katie did as well). She is a magnificent backing vocalist - and had the single Chirpy Chirpy Cheep Cheep many years ago. I hope she comes to Australia with Roger in 2012. Meanwhile, this is also a fantastic rendition of a fine Floyd song.

@gilmourguitar123 Thank you for your comment. Do a search for Roger Waters performing Mother and play the first clip you find, the one with 2.3 million hits. He got "some black chick" to replace Gilmour’s voice too. If it’s good enough for Roger Waters to do so then it’s good enough for us too.
