My Zepad TZ180 is locked and will not recognize my unlock pattern nor my pin code. I have tried resetting it to to avail. Can you send me instructions to get in to change the password?

My was stuck in the android sign, solution: went to google and look for ZENITHINK ZT-180 1204 FIRMWARE, followed the instruction, and as good as new.
