it may help for MGD and blepharitis?? for 200 a month I hope you can do better than "may". point is, there is no miracle drug for dry eyes. Dry eyes are difficult to treat. I always try to avoid eyedrops, see them as a last resort. I try to treat the underlaying cause (MGD, blepharitis, avoid airconditionings, prolonged close up work etc etc.) Don't treat the symptoms but treat the cause is my motto.
