@schtals First u get a digital audio workstation (DAW). Then you get huge drum samples, layer them together to make megazord drums. Then you get out your arsenal of 3rd party synths such as Massive. Then you spend hours making sounds as close to robots throwing up and farting as you possibly can, then you take those new sounds and make the different knobs move throughout the song (automate) creating the different motions and changes (wobbles and such). Then you add some cool samples and voila!

@CLEETISandCLOCK you mean bassline in Massive in sequencer is triggered via MIDI notes? I can generate some cool sounds, but I cant figure it out, how do I save current state and 'melody'. If I tweak the parameters, it affects the whole bassline track. The only way I see it, is recording each wobble as wav and arrange those. Seems to take forever to do tho'

@schtals are u opening massive as a standalone or in a DAW? because if its in a workstation then yes you write out the notes in midi, but then in your playlist you will want to record the automation of certain parameters to create the movement you want. I think what you are looking for is automation. Check it out and it will open up the doors you want.
