Fingers are neater, they get the color in the exact place you want it without dusting it everywhere. With brushes, the color gets trapped in between the bristles so you end up wasting a lot of the color. I prefer fingers :)

It's called Magic Kiss. It's from Hawaii!!! The lipstick is all weird colors like gold, blue, green, yellow, orange, etc. But when you put it on it turns bright pink! I'm sure you could find it online.
