This was my Grandaddy's favorite bible hymn. He died when I was about 9 years old and to this day I miss him like crazy. I was his pride and joy, and hearing this song makes me think about him, and the little southern church I grew up in that still to this day plays traditional organ and piano bible hymns from a book. I am now 21 years old.

@bethany1292b I've been a Baptist for 65 years - different churches - and the basic arrangement of this is the same as it was then. Of course, this group adds a lot of different embelishments but it's the same old tune. I should have also said these were Southern Baptist churches.

@sondrasmusic For its brilliance, always, jazz musicians prefer the Kawai, while those of the classical persuasion, usually, one of the other brands.

And, preference sometimes has to do with customary usage and price—the ear acclimates to that which is of common use, and what is of common use may have to do with price, the Kawai being one of the less costly brands.

In all, we can be thankful that, there isn't a "the best" brand—and, would you not agree?
