Don't the managers of that company have the common sense to wait more than what, 5-6 business hours before firing people and emailing you? Sales can turn around at any time. It's not fixated at a certain point. How beyond stupid of them. Of course, this is all assuming they really did fire anyone to begin with.

They're trashy, I'd say, even by how their website is "organized" or more like disorganized. They appear to be very desperate by how they approach EVERY youtube guru out there and many other gurus who only blog. I first heard of them by a review post by cheryl'sbeautyblog. The review was positive,not a rave review, nothing too exaggerated. The dresses Cheryl modeled looked really nice and they were her style, so I was tempted to check them out. I do regret it.
i loved your first response to her. You are absolutely right. Their youtube strategy is so wrong and it only manages to repel consumers. I have shopped from them many times and I've always had trouble with dresses being too short or bad quality material and returning them or only wearing them once. GUYS! i have bought a LUXE bandage dress for 199 USD and paid 39 USD for delivery, however, i received a horrible quality item! the stitches were not straight the threads were sticking out all over! the dress had hot iron marks all over the dress and also dirty sports but the quality is CHINA LABOR CAMP! 199!!!! for nothing people don't buy from them very unprofessional!
I ordered a dress from HotMiamistyles on Nov.4 and the dress didn't fit the way that I thought it would so I sent it back. Its december already and I have yet to receive credit back to my credit card. I emailed a number of times and received no information back. I called and only got a machine. This company is very unprofessional with the way the handle things. It's only $34 but still I could have used that to purchase something else.

I know this video is over a year old but man, I really like you and your effin honesty! I'm not a subscriber (yet) and this is actually the first video I've seen of yours but I have saw other hot Miami styles reviews and the people raved about the dresses but they looked kind of cheap and ill-fitting. I know there are people on here defending the company, saying that she should have told them if she couldn't do what they asked, but she had an agreement with the company to review their items, and midway through the terms of the agreement, they asked her for something else, which they can't do. I have dscovered hot miami styles in March and as regularb online shopper that have shopped from many different companies online I THINK HOT MIAMI STYLES IS BY FAR THE BEST THE COMPANY I HAVE SHOPPED FROM ONLINE, because my oder always arrive on time and whenever I xcalled them during their hours of operation they always answer or if they dont I leave a message and they call me back and finally they compensate veryt well whenever somethg goes wrong with an order I love hotmiami styles.
I think that I ordered from them once (two pairs of boots) and not only did the boots not fit but when I returned them, I never got my money credited back... just store credit. The customer service suuuuucks.
I received an email from them saying my order was shipped but then i check the ups status nd it says there is "NO RECORD OF THIS ITEM" I really hope they didnt pull a scam on me! The freakin dress was expensive.
I just got my first HMS dress today and it was like a "cheaper version" of what I had ordered. The color on the dress was dull, it had dirty marks on it, some of the detail on the dress was missing, and there was a hole on the side. The quality of the dress was cheap and not worth the money. I was extremely disappointed and I wrote a polite complaint on their FB wall. My comment was deleted and they removed me from their fan page. I am NEVER buying from them again.

I'm from the caribbean so if i order something its almost 7 times the price you guys are paying plus a high shipping and handling fee, therefore sending the items back is not an option because it costs soo much to ship.

Drops in sales do not occur overnight... and it is unreasonable for any company to blame one person - outside their own company- for their business practices, which cause a drop in sales. It seems they were looking for a reason to can two people and want you to feel their own guilt.

This is my personal experience with the Company "HOTMIAMISTYLES" after I had posted my video reviewing the free clothes that they sent me. I , of course cant say that this is how they deal with everyone who they send products to review, only that I was asked to "review everything in a positive light". When I did not, I was then asked to remove my video as I was forcing the company to terminate employees "with babies to feed" even though at that point the video had only been up for less then 500

I personally like HotMiamiStyles a lot. For that kind of money one shouldn't expect clothing that lasts for many years, but it's the greatest thing for a party, vacation or the summer. I'm a big fan and this review doesn't change that. :)

I'm not a subscriber (yet) and this is actually the first video I've seen of yours but I have saw other hot Miami styles reviews and the people raved about the dresses but they looked kind of cheap and ill-fitting. I know there are people on here defending the company, saying that she should have told them if she couldn't do what they asked, but she had an agreement with the company to review their items, and midway through the terms of the agreement, they asked her for something else, which they can't do. They told her that they now wanted an exclusively positive review. That's like saying, I want an encyclopedia that's exclusively about frogs. That's not an encyclopedia, that's a book about frogs.

I watched this at random and I was impressed! Way to be real! Hearing the emails u received from this company literally made me laugh out loud! To hear them say that sales went down drastically in less then a day and 2 ppl left unemployed cause of 1 PERSONS youtube video review? That's total bullshit if one person's opinion was that powerful to cause a company to start crumbling...then damn a lot of companies would be out of business. The customer is always right! This video was made BECAUSE of the review she did on the clothes before from the feedback she got back from the company saying she needed to take her reivew on the clothes down because it wasn't positive. I think that I ordered from them once (two pairs of boots) and not only did the boots not fit but when I returned them, I never got my money credited back... just store credit. The customer service suuuuucks.

I just got my first HMS dress today and it was like a "cheaper version" of what I had ordered. The color on the dress was dull, it had dirty marks on it, some of the detail on the dress was missing, and there was a hole on the side. The quality of the dress was cheap and not worth the money. I was extremely disappointed and I wrote a polite complaint on their FB wall. My comment was deleted and they removed me from their fan page. I am NEVER buying from them again.

I watched so many vid. about HotMiamiStyles and how AMAZING all their procudcts are. Everytime i watched such a vid. i just thought to myself "that stinks to high heaven", because, as you said, it is impossible for a company to just have super amazing and great products everybody loves.

i agree with you 100% i hate fake reviews that are all soooo extremely positive like the ppl writing them are on the company's payroll, its so dishonest and makes it very difficult when online shopping. I'm from the caribbean so if i order something its almost 7 times the price you guys are paying plus a high shipping and handling fee, therefore sending the items back is not an option because it costs soo much to ship.

I feel like their clothes are the kind of things that are deceiving to the customer and specifically altered in any way to make look better. like just look at someone of the models. no real woman looks like that. im sorry but yea i love that dress but thats just my opinion haha :)

I ordered items about 9 months ago from them...they came like 2 weeks after I was expecting them (okay...mistakes happen I get it...not gonna boycott them) but the kicker for ME was that the clothes smelled like cigarette smoke! The smell was embedded in the clothes!! Im sure it was the warehouse, but really?? really? like please please please I hope they check their items before they send them out to paying people. This is my personal experience with the Company "HOTMIAMISTYLES" after I had posted my video reviewing the free clothes that they sent me. I , of course cant say that this is how they deal with everyone who they send products to review, only that I was asked to "review everything in a positive light". When I did not, I was then asked to remove my video as I was forcing the company to terminate employees "with babies to feed" even though at that point the video had only been up for less then 500

I personally like HotMiamiStyles a lot. For that kind of money one shouldn't expect clothing that lasts for many years, but it's the greatest thing for a party, vacation or the summer. I'm a big fan and this review doesn't change that. :)
