Who the hell cares about these stupid chimps! I dont think it would bother me but the fact that they are treated better than children makes me sick. People worry more about the treatment of damn chimp babies than they do about human babies. what the fuck is wrong with people!?!?

These endangered animals are beautiful, and people like this idiot are the reason we are losing so many amazing creatures, one species at a time.
If Camaroom really wants to stop this they should kick that company out of the country as well as the Chinese and European companies. They should be sustainably harvesting their own forests instead of giving them away to wealthy countries. This is just a tiny fraction of the wholesale slaughter going on in Africa.
So if it's that simple, why do you figure no one in Cameroon's power structure has done what you say? Although certainly a country with tremendous income inquality, the political system is quite stable considering the area - so why wouldn't they do this themselves 'sustainably' as opposed to in your estimation, letting foreigners do it in an unsustainable manner?
Because they don't know any better and the powers that be are profiting from these outside countries. Don't assume that these people understand the ramifications of what they are doing.
