Ive seen so many videos on how to instal openSSH, and i did it just like it said in the video, BUT NOW WHAT?! What does openSSH even do, why does everyone recomend i get it? All i see is a couple folders that dont have much in them, how is that cool? PLEASE HELP

Its a jailbroken iPod Touch with the Winterboard app called five-icon dock (i think thats what its called)
