those cameras you see at 00:03 are no longer there as of last month. now there are HD Cameras like the ones at ABC 7. The control room still needs to be updated but NBC 5 News HD is coming soon!
AWESOME! We just got an HDTV a few months ago and just now upgraded our dish to HD! Im a NBC 5 Fan but I'v been watching ABC 7 cuz its in HD! Cannot wait until NBC 5 is in HD... Im hoping for WNBC graphics but im afraid we are going to get stuck with what KXAS has!
yep same here at KNTV were going HD early next year. cant say exactly when though as my boss is grumpy right now. (i was caught having fun with the graphics machine
I help out a Channel 5 in the control room with audio and occasioanly TD for promos cause my parents are freinds with Larry Wert so I get some inside scoops early so I will keep you guys here on youtube informed but early signs indicated WNBC graphics or an all new graphics package. That new sports open is in HD but is broadcast in SD

i really hope you guys dont get the NBC mandated WNBC 2003 Music! The WNBC HD graphics however are shweet!!
