There actually was a final battle. The whole school VS Death Eaters. Unless you mean between Harry and Voldemort, of course? And the weird thing is that when Harry and Voldemort were talking, in the book, the whole school surrounded them. In the movie, however, it seems it is just them. And Voldemort grabbing Harry's face. When was that in the book?

@shammalamagiirl28 the final "battle" in the book isn't really a battle at all if i remember it. it's harry talking tough because he knows voldey is fucked and trying to get him to back down.

if this is the final battle, its going to be a lot more entertaining. ive always been bothered by the fact that harry never had much magical skill at all.

Maybe you missed all the people dropping dead as spells flew around and Hogwarts crumbled around them. Then Harry was the one to finish off Voldemort, as it should have been.

Not much magical skill? Why do you think his peers asked him to teach them Defense in OotP? He could grasp defensive spells better than they could; not to mention that he was able to produce a corporeal Patronus when not many grown wizards could. You have to remember, Harry was a teenager unlike Voldemort.
