When this came out as a single, the version heard on the radio and in the clubs was remixed by CJ Mackintosh and the music to this was completely different as a result. It sounded more like a hip-hop-styled club jam. My guess was either the record company had difficulty clearing the sample in this version for radio play or they were trying to go for more the dancefloor and pop audience that was really embracing their music rather than hip-hop, who often accused them of being pop sellouts.

I was trying to play the piano riff. I didn't know it was a sample of an old song called 'Feelin' the Pain' by Dianne and Carole. What a great riff, and then to be uncredited (on the original album). I think the band was called the Latin Whatchamacallits.
