You are correct, as a civilization, progression requires unity. World government is necessary to move forward as a species, however, the direction being taken currently is one of communist-like proportions. World 'bankers' having supreme control over the masses. These predictions suggest a $9,000,000,000,000 deficit to occur between 2010-2019, only 2 trillion more than in May of course (only). These figures also suggest that the national debt will about double by 2019, and that our government's spending will double next fiscal year from what is spent in 2009.
It doesn't take a whole lot of intelligence to see how the trillions of dollars pumped into the system to protect the economy could cause massive inflation and deficits, or more importantly that the Fed has no containment measures in place to remove the liquidity from the market as it becomes less needed.

According to an Alan Greenspan video, the guy a little over 3mins in, got it wrong: The Federal Reserve is a Private bank, not part of government. Greenspan (and you can find the clip on Youtube) said something akin to, but not verbatim: The Federal Reserve is an independent agency where no agency of government can override its decisions.

Fiat currency is the biggest issue (and by extension, the shaving or dilution of commodity currency - read: dishonest scales), but centralized control is also a big problem. The market should determine the means of exchange and the value thereof, any form of regulation or manipulation is bound to cause problems down the line.

Bernanke and the Fed are hoping to suppress the forecasts that were released the last week of August. These predictions suggest a $9,000,000,000,000 deficit to occur between 2010-2019, only 2 trillion more than in May of course (only). These figures also suggest that the national debt will about double by 2019, and that our government's spending will double next fiscal year from what is spent in 2009.
