I'd be very interested to hear what challenges you personally faced after knowing him as female for so long. what is it like to adapt? did you have slip ups with gender association? how did your/his family react, how did friends that knew him as female react? etc. I just have always been curious about the other side of things as well, because it is also a transition for you in a way. Lola Jake prosthetics are great for sex because it is adhesive and it also has a nub that creates stimulations. -also allows for more freedom of movement- no strap.

As a transguy who's in a long term relationship and at the relatively early stages of medical transition, it helps me so much to get a nuanced and compassionate partner's perspective. 2. I can't stand harnesses and all the prep required, so I just use a relatively snug pair of briefs instead of a harness. It's quicker and less of a dysphoric interruption for me. I don't know if this will work for you and Josh, but I thought I'd put it out there...
