  • No. They use replica 9mm plug fire cartridges that only generate smoke and sparks. No projectile of anykind is fired.

  • Yeah, sure!

  • that would be a cool movie prop

  • These weapons are, in fact, used in movies quite alot.

  • Is the recoil realistic or is is less?

  • definitely less

  • well, im guessing the recoil on this capgun would be quite similar to the actual mp40, considering it shot only 9mm rounds, which are in fact very small.

  • There is some recoil which makes it very fun to fire, but it is not comparable to real firearm recoil.

  • are you sure thats not real O_O?

  • Do they have the weight of a real MP40?

  • No, the real weights well over 4kgs and these models are less than 2kgs unless you opt to go for the "Heavyweight" model.

  • The gunpowder just turns into sparks, like blanks but no bullet.

  • jeas! ^^

  • I thousgt it was cool. Until it sost 600 bucks...

  • Great vid! i'm buying one of these from your site right now!

  • lol i love your enthusiasm but i really dought someone is going to instantly make a 615 dollar purchase

  • is it shooting any projectiles?

  • It doesn't shoot any projectiles.

  • are pfc as loud as blanks are?

are they reusable? can somone tell me

  • PFCs are not as loud as blanks are but they are reusable. You only need to change the cap inside the PFC.

  • yeah but u hav to pick up the casings

  • what bullets dose it take

  • plug fire caps

  • i want one!!

  • it looks like blanks to me.

  • they are

  • /sigh....

MP40 was a real nazi weapon.... IN REEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLL LIFE

  • Wow seriously? It was used by the Germans in WWII, not from some movie.

  • I am definitely gettin one of those! ^^ I LOVE German weapons! Especially the MP40! :]

  • OMG they want $1988 for that MP-40 cap gun!!! F that I'd go find someone and get a real one if I'm going to be spending that much.I thought maybe $500 or so but damn,2 grand!

  • Actually the model in video is only $238.00. The other one is a classic full metal model (collectible).

  • im gonna buy one of these at the end of the summer and put it on youtube

  • XD my dad`s uncle worked in the Norwegian army and got a mp 40, a sten gun, a us carabine, a grenade and a luger + a lot of other 1st wourld war guns. the bad thing is that i cant use them. -_-

  • niiice...

  • id rather buy the real thing.....

  • i oughta get me one these

  • That thing look like it'll burn your hand off in two clips. How quick does it cool down? cuz you can see the metal is no new technology

  • that guy is wrong!!! it is actually a cap gun wich sparks the cap while ejecting a re-usable cartridge in where you puut the cap.

you can buy cap guns for about £1

  • This MP40 fires plug fire cartridges but besides the real-like smoke and shell ejection there is no actual projectile being fired. Please see our WWII Guns division website for more about these models.

  • arent those blanks?

  • madness

  • whats the diffrince bettween PFC and Blanks?

    Are the thoes "rounds" reuseable?

Also for some one hopeing to start reinacting would you recomend a PFC, Blank firing, or gas airsoft gun to begin with?

  • Airsoft. You can easily hurt someone with blanks. Big time.

  • These guns do not fire real firearm blanks but model gun plug fire cartridges that are far more safe to use than blanks.

  • wait it does not hurt right?

  • i use this gun all the time in Medal of Honor Vanguard

  • haha tight

  • awesome i want 1 of those.
