I bought Asrock P55 extreme and it real good. low heat, good overclocking features ect... performance is very good, i got i7 860, gtx580 in sli and Dominator GT 2000
8-8-8-24, cpu running at 3.6Ghz from bios 1 clcik setting which is great, also i had many other boards inc X58 and runs real hot which sux whenu live in hot country i recomend this board to anyone its better than most others.
This was the first 1156 mobo i got and it lasted 2 days. 3 of the vrm chips/mosfets failed and caught fire during boot up.The same components that failed repeatedly in a Toms Hardware P55 article called "P55 On A Budget" page 15.
It was a ok board when it worked but i got burned by going cheap.
guys one answer.i have a chieftech psu and it has a 4 pin connector for my mobo.the p55 extreme needs 8 pin connector.on the otherside up on the psu it has a 8 pin connection for cpu maybe this is the one that goes to the motherboard please take a look help me i want to be sure if it is compatiblke or not with my psu(psu model:cft-750-14cs)
I am looking at buying this along with the i5 lynnfield processor both of newegg in a combo deal for around $330, free shipping. Heard nothing but great reviews about both of them. I will keep you posted.

Excellent board!! However, the turbo function of my i5-760 is semifunctional. It doesn't throttle the +4x/5x multiplier...

I had mine a week ago, but still won't work... Still getting a "3A" error on my mobo, tested with 2 different RAM sets.
Think it's DOA..
I will RMA it and I hope it will work than!! :-(
For the rest I've seen alot of reviews that this is a good mobo, so can't wait to use it myself!
