The problem is good players will punish you for that.
The d+4,4,4,4 is parryable on hit 2 if 1 wasn't CH, and same on hit 3 if 2 wasnt CH.
The opponent can hit any button to eat hit 1 on CH, eat hit 2, and low parry hit 3. Or they can throw (turns wihout being a CH) on hit 1 and low parry hit 2. Probably the safest option they have is to hold d/b (turns to eat d/f+1,2,2 not in the back, goes under pp~4, and throw on hit 2 if you did d+4,4,4,4, allowing them to low parry hit 3
BR = Bloodline Rebelleion. In the arcades, there were two version of Tekken 6. There was Tekken 6.0 (Vanilla), which had yellow life bars, less life, more juggle damage, fewer moves, and some other property differences from the remastered version, which was called Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion (BR).
If you look at my very old videos, they were from Tekken 6.0, The videos with the green lifebars and on are BR. There never was a home version of the first Tekken 6, so PS3/360 Tekken 6 is actually BR. This video was made long before the home release.
This is amazing its often played during the winter with my sister she is really good at it. I was lucky and downloaded it totally free for my ps3 here: 115 games {.} com they have hundreds best thing about it is they are all free too oh also 0:32 to 3:52 was brilliant
So do you think that this will teach people not to duck after PP so they can eat PP 4 more for the knockdown?
I like the notion of having a little bit of damage and frame advantage off the parry, but with more health involved I'd like your opinion on the basic 50/50 they tried to give Lee with this version of punch parry follow ups in T6 BR
Korean players always seemed to get out of PP~4 and pp~u/f+4 either way, pretty much. I think if you initially hit d/b and then hold B they can duck the kick and still turn and block before the mid connects.
I want to try a throw and see if it'll count it as front or back throw when they're turning. If that works the mixup will be between back throw and d/f+1,2,2->HC1, 3,3.
Straight after I do my punch parry I do (down,O,O,O,O ) but it has to be done fast if you don't want them to block it. :)
