@Number1RenettoFan To make this easier there are basically two types of sumissions in WWF/E. Fake and Real. An example of a real submission would be an arm bar. If used right it hurts like hell, but WWE is fake so obviouslly they don't use it right. The Torture Rack is fake, if you use it its not going to hurt at all no matter how you try to use it.
