oh ya! It sits in the middle of the driveway and just barks NON-STOP! The owners hate the thing because it digs holes and gets out... well... they either need to make a big kennel or what I think is the best solution is give it to the SPCA to get a better home...sooooo we might catch it and secretly do it :-p
It sounds like you're not getting much help with this doggy situation. Keep making these videos otherwise no one will believe you and will think you are just crazy.

Sue your neighbor in small claims court. I'm certain your jurisdiction has a noise ordinance. You have the right to a peaceful sleep.
