Secondly, you then complain about the customer service department. If such is indeed true, you wouldn't be trash-talking them on youtube comments, you would be filing against them in court for an $80k bike they sold you that broke on the first day's ride.
With a ludicrous price tag of $80,000+ USD, Confederate's motorcycles are unreliable, fickle and ride like a a 1903 Harley on square wheels. Once you have experienced the company's extremely poor level of customer service, you will quickly come to the conclusion that beauty is indeed only skin deep.
