@LeTinctoire 1. The video shows you how to get out of the map. Getting out of the map is never necessary, and I'm assuming your computer has a volume control function, so quit your bitching.

@thaFalkon My comment was only related to the music. If the purpose of the video is to show getting out of the map, then why add music at all? It doesn't constitute fair use, for one, so you're effectively infringing their copyright by uploading it.

But my main annoyance is the volume. Unless you're making a YTP, please mix/normalize the volume to sane levels. Viewers coming from a video with proper audio levels usually don't like to be surprised with ruptured speaker membranes and/or eardrums.

If he is making money off of his videos, and he posts a video with a copyrighted song, that is considered copyright infringement. The problem with your argument, is that he doesn't make money off of his videos, therefore making it fair use. And as for the unnecessarily loud music, you could just TURN DOWN THE VOLUME!

@thaFalkon That's an urban myth. Although IANAL, I do know that copyright is the exclusive right to "copy" (better: "distribute") your works -- hence the name. So unless Plain White T's (or their label) explicitly allowed carkidz to upload this song, he is infringing that right. It doesn't matter if and how he exploits that right.

And it doesn't make sense to turn down the volume to nil before watching any video, since hardly any uploaders make this mistake.

Copyright is part of civil law. The artists have exclusive right to distribute their works (except when used 'fairly', but that is not the case here), but nothing will happen if they don't complain. Muting only happens when the artist(s) told YouTube that no user has the right to upload their work.

easier way - go to capital building, standing infront facing it, go all the way right until the barrier, get on the ledge going around the building, jumo and quickly move around the stone slab in your way, now your out of the map (great for testing mods like big rockets or nuke related things)

I had a out of map experience. i went to megaton jumped randomly on stairs and my guy went up and down really fast and I can go threw walls. so i went outside of megaton and there was no ground. then I fell down a never ending hole and had to reload my game.

Note: this happened randomly so i don't know how i did it.

Go behind the factory at tacoma park jump in the water tank and jump up on the ledge on the other side.You'll find an opening that leads to the back of the building and too a radiated pond with ghouls and 2 dead scientists go behind the shelter over the pc and jump on the rubble leading out of the game..it goes on forever!

I thought you can't save while you're in the air, I don't know. You can get power armour training whenever you like to, even at lvl one, just do this glitch and walk to the back door of the citadel (just watch power armour training glitch).
