I think it works on the PS3 but only in multiplayer.

Haha, yeah, I was trying to boost us a bit farther.

The glitch works just as well in both versions, but you will usually get thrown out of the window in single player. If you wanna play with it, I'd recommend going into party mode, as for some reason the physics are slightly different in multiplayer.

I noticed that it works better with small or light cars like sports cars, Dukes, Stallion etc., as SUV and trucks are hard to get "on" the swingset.

actually, you don't have to have someone in the car with you. if you go in the park and hit the swingset when your facing backwards, away from the swing set then you'll stay inside. Just back up into the swingset. If you go into it facing forward then most likely you'll be tossed out.

This is weird. Every time I try this, Niko flies out of the car! The first time Niko flew out and the car was stuck about 200 ft in the air. I shot it and it fell. I agree with strangemodul3, this should be an achievment!!

You have to do it online, in party mode or something. Doing it in single player will always kill Niko.

after posting I remembered that when someone else is in the car, Niko won't fly out. So just make a date with one of your friends or girlfriends and take them on the ride of their lives!!

@imafirindalazor Pretty much. We died a lot doing this even in multiplayer, and it always spawned us on the complete other side of the city. This video took several hours of play time to make.

They don't blow up when you roll over. Occasionally they will blow up just by shooting the engine, but a lot of times the gas tank needs to catch on fire as well.
