Shannon is great at showing houses even a cave.

The wonderful feature about LO's is you have the option to do them anywhere as long as you have a good Joint Partner. Mostly right now though central PA, but am always looking to expand.

Do you normally just show your own properties?

@Ajaces Since we only work the Baltimore area (about 5 counties), we do always take our own pics and video and meet the seller. Then, we pretty much just give the lockbox code for our tenant-buyers. If they have a lot to put down or we just feel like we should meet them, then we will meet the buyer.
