@adribon I think you're mis-reading the intent behind the article, mate. After many years of seeing Palestinians celebrate the murder of Israeli non-combatants, here we see that Palestinians on the streets are NOT the monsters much of the media wishes for us to see. I think you'll note that the video doesn't talk about the perpetrators at all - just that people are disgusted by the murder. This is good news for peace.

@adribon about Israeli condemnation of the killing of Palestinian children. I believe that both sides currently have leaders who are idiots and do not speak for the people. Were one to look beyond the headlines and the Israeli leaders' statements, I promise you'd find endless Israeli condemnation of Israeli violence towards Palestinians - just not coming out of the words of their leaders. What this video shows is that it's the same on the Palestinian street. The people want peace.

@behirot I understand Shlomi Eldar is a voice of moderation and rationality in a sea of hatred. And I agree the whole Palestino-Israeli conflict essentially comes down to the rulers trying to increase their power of the heads of the common people (especially their own). I first came past this idea in an interview with Ilan Pappé.

israelis don't relish the killing palestinian children. unless of course those children are 15 year old hamas combatants, then yes - have a pint and celebrate.

israel doesn't kill children. i cant think of another country that devotes so much energy trying to protect "civilians" living under the enemy.

ask the UN - 90% of all palestinian kills are males between the ages of 15-30. but i guess anyone under 18 is a child?

Please fix the translation. The text during the Palestinian speaker's condemnation of the settlements is confusing, and afterwards there's an untranslated segment. I want to share this with people around the world, and I want it to be as clear as possible!
