Oh hai! Have you heard about the Fat Blast Furnace (search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my father lost a ton of useless fat.
They are totally correct. I'm that super skinny dude trying to gain weight and a year ago I attempted to do this except I had a protein shake with some peanut butter in it. This still wasn't enough food. I felt super fatigued after squatting, deadlifting, or bench pressing to the point where I would feel like passing out. I now work out after my 5PM meal and I have much more energy and never feel fatigued.
Aigght I go gym about 11-11:30 in the morning, but finish around an hour or two later should i train with an empty stomach still?? Cause I'm trying to lose body fat atm!

I read mixed opinions on this subject. One camp says to workout on an empty stomach because your body will burn more fat and increase GH and T production. The other says you need fuel for your workout. I found mixing to 2 scoops Xplode with 8oz of water and 8oz of pineapple juice works good for me. If you feel hungry when you're working out it is because your blood sugar levels are low, and you should eat/drink some simple carbs before working out, or you can do whatever the fuck you wanna do.

I'd recommend consuming any source of calcium prior to workout. Muscle contractions require ATP, Calcium, and a Message (from the nerves). If no excess calcium is present, your body takes stored calcium from your bones, thus increasing chance of injury by making weaker bones.
i allways start working out in the gym at 5 but after gym i dont eat anything besides some veg and few fruits? is that ok for building muscles and trying to get a bit cut?

@Ragekoolaid Ive been taking iron pills for about a year now, I would ramdonmly pass out, the doc said it was from not eating, so i really HAVE to eat when i wake up or i feel queazy and dizzy n like feinting...that goes for if i go without eating for 3 hours...if i workout on an empty stomach i know i will pass out haha, i want a good effect from the jack3d but i dont wanna pass out for it at the same time..

So if you work out early in the morning, what does your last meal (before the bed) look like? Is it full of carbs, or the usual low carb- high protein / healthy fat snack.
You should not work out on a stomach that is too full because much of your body's energy expenditure would go toward having to digest that food. Ideally you want a light snack only - not a full meal. Simply an apple or a banana or a protein bar, etc... is all you need.

@limitovski man just take everything like a grain of salt...90% of what these guys say and discuss makes a lot of sense. Working out, in and of itself, is very simplistic. Eating healthy, working hard in the gym, getting lots of sleep. Rinse repeat.

If you were to take proteins that had BCAAs, such as chicken or whey protein, then it wouldn't be considered training on an empty stomach because of the calories you just consumed from the chicken or whey. Pure form BCAAs have no calories in them whatsoever.
you dont gain muscle while working out. you gain muscle when you are resting. i agree with this 100%, you dont need to workout with food in your stomach in the morning.
You guys should really try training in the evening after dinner, I always find im stronger and have more energy in the evening. It also burns up any excess carbs and calories and afterwards you can feed your body with a lean protien shake before you go to bed. u can at least have a protein shake upon waking, that way u have a steady stream supplied to the muscles whilst working out, keeping u from entering a catabolic state, no matter what your goals are.

@limitovski man just take everything like a grain of salt...90% of what these guys say and discuss makes a lot of sense. Working out, in and of itself, is very simplistic. Eating healthy, working hard in the gym, getting lots of sleep. Rinse repeat.

@mrmee1229 Yes, but we're talking about training on an empty stomach here. If you were to take proteins that had BCAAs, such as chicken or whey protein, then it wouldn't be considered training on an empty stomach because of the calories you just consumed from the chicken or whey. Pure form BCAAs have no calories in them whatsoever.

you dont gain muscle while working out. you gain muscle when you are resting. i agree with this 100%, you dont need to workout with food in your stomach in the morning.

You guys should really try training in the evening after dinner, I always find im stronger and have more energy in the evening. It also burns up any excess carbs and calories and afterwards you can feed your body with a lean protien shake before you go to bed. Well thats my advice on the whole thing, but hey you two know wats up, you can take my advice, or you can say Hey I dont know this guy he couls be skinny and weak as hell, you two carry on doing wateva the FUCKK YOUU WANNAA DOOO!!
