The Death Penalty for Schapelle was taken off the table in a phone conversation between Chris Elison and Abdurrahman Saleh on the 9th of April 2005, the day the last of the Bali 9 arrived in Bali six months after Schapelle's arrest.

I seriously doubt she is guilty. The trial was a JOKE. Either way, 20 years in a craphole prison is beyond insane for having a few lb's of weed on you.
