This is the best of any of the vids I've seen. Emphasis on what the little girl is enjoying and on cuteness. My niece could be a "Shirley Temple" doppelganger, and you'll never see her "performing" outside of her own choices of play with friends her age in an environment appropriate to her age. She is absolutely all about sharing, taking care of her dolls and stuffed animals in a nurturing manner, and helping her mom cook (with a play kitchen, too!). Any dress-up is her fun choice.

this woman really handled the daughter's draw to ethnicity well... I never colored 'black' people black nor 'white' people with the white crayon. I loved her peach doll and brown doll distinctions. When my wife was in grade one she so admired her black friend's cornrows that her friend offered to bring elastics in to do my wife's hair the next day. My wife was so disappointed when the braids didn't change her coarse poker straight hair onto her girlfriend's wonderful afro textured hair that made the braids hug her head while my wife's braids hung limp or stuck straight out where it was shorter on top lol.
