The EPA is a joke. The only thing the EPA is cleaning is tax payer pockets. The have hampered growth in this country, from CAP and Trade to blocking American Oil Companies from drilling for oil on our own land. EPA blocks American Oil Companies from drilling, However the Chinses along with the Cubans are drilling 90 miles south of Florida. They work in step with Obama. But, ofcourse now that its election time, He's halting the EPA's CAP n.and Trade intiative, until 2013. Go Figure. A Joke
