@cadevereaux the strum pattern is mainly down strums on 8th notes, and I'm just accenting the main beats. For each measure, you'll play "1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and." Accent the numbers and play lighter on the "ands." Once you have the rhythm, you can occasionally work in some up-strums. @cwaughtech thanks! @jeckaltamia is right--it is connected to some great audio gear. I run my guitar through an Avalon U5 into a simple USB mixer to get it into GarageBand on a mac. From there, I just mix in some reverb.
