  • yeah that was good form better than most. on the way down though bend your knees once the bar gets past them so you dont have to bend down as far

  • Very well controlled, good form, I like the stability and the motion. you ever get the chance check my channel out, @ 160lbs I was able to get 455. But I believe you have a lot of info that would be helpful in helpin me perfect my form and technique. Any kind of constructive criticism would be great. Hopefully I will be able to lift well over 3 times my weight with your great form and info.
