Bodybuildng is like the source of the eternal youth, look at Betty Pariso (51yrs old and 2 kids!!), Gerri Deach a 47 yr old mom, or Vicki Nixon who is 47 as well, and of course the supersexy KAren Zaremba who is 43 and have 2 kids (when you look at her abs you could say that she is 20:) ) All of them SUPER HOT ladies that could be the half of their age. Well said. It really is amazing to see these women looking like this as they approach 50. I love the idea of weight training for women because it not only gives them great bodies but the confidence that Tracey Beckham shows here by getting on stage in a bikini as a 46 year-old, nonetheless. The garbage about women looking like Arnold from lifting is so laughable that I'd like them to tell me they wouldn't want to look like Karen Zaremba as a 43 year-old mother of two.
