Been a fan of Tom's for many years... the man is brilliant. I sometimes wish he was a massive commercial success, not because I think he's money-hungry, but so as many people as possible can know what he does... but maybe that would change him.

What I love most about Tom, beside his great songs, is that the concerts are just like the cd`s. I mean, thats why I go to a concert, to hear what I like on the cd. Not all the extra shit some artists tend to do live. It just ruins everything, most of the time.

Tom live is just like Tom on cd - every time!

Oh, and the humour between the songs of course. Actually he`s a funny guy behind all his sad lyrics :)

I kind of get your point, but that an artist's performance live is just like on the cd, to me, is a bad thing. It is however nice that Tom's songs doesn't get worse live, that he keeps his standards. But "all the extra shit some artists tend to do live" is what makes concerts so great. To hear an artist improving what was already perfect, if you know what I mean...
