  • Nice...btw it's cause your black...lol

  • wow

  • IMovie forever!!! Really good man!! Bravo!

  • excellent vid ... i want to start P90X in the nxt couple of weeks... hope to get the same results as you!

  • Why do black people age so well?....

  • @12815923 skin color hides lines and imperfections

  • Great job bro! P90X works! I use it too!

  • What kind of bands were those

  • 42? More like 24, amazing!

  • Nice video. (:

  • what's with the epic music?

  • can somebody loan me their dvds? this may sound weird but i cant really afford to purchase them at the moment, i will pay back for any shipping. please reply to this in a message

  • You're Biceps naturally that big?

  • @lord1night1wish Yeah, I've always had decent sized arms

  • BIG BLACK NIGGA IN A ICCY WATCH.... GGUCCIII

  • @krmasih MOTIVIZED CRAYYYYYY

  • is this all because of p90x cause thats hard to believe

  • Yer a boss. I been motivized!

  • man, u look 28

  • @NastyMutation Thanks! That's what clean eating does to you. I'm still trying to catch up to Tony Horton, the instructor for P90X. He's 10 years older than me and still kicks my butt!

  • you did workout in the gym before p90x?

  • @AndriuhaTM I've always worked out, but after my late thirties I was turning into "that guy" at the gym. You know, the one with the big arms, decent chest, and the HUGE GUT, lol. P90X allowed me to slim down and strengthen my core. Once my core was stronger, I was able to improve all of my exercises.

  • @MotivatedFitness1 oh i have the same problem with gut...im endomorph but i hope p90x will help me with that..

  • EL NEGRO PAPON

  • Its cause hes black.

  • wow how many years of heavy lifting did you do before p90x? you got amazing mass and good genetics to kill for.

  • Great results man. Although I might have to do 2 rounds of p90x to get ur results. I did my first workout on 11-27-11, and am sore as hell today the 28th. I realized that diet is probably more crucial than the exercises. So I'm going with lean quinine meals and similar pre-done healthy meals, along with a protein supplement, multivitamins, and creatine.

  • @tatsumakisempyukaku Great Work! Keep it up my friend. You WILL get there. I've seen it time and time again.

  • Nice work mate, i just started p90x today! i feel great although it is exhausting! ab ripper x is a killer workout lol i almost died. Plyo tomorrow! keep up the great work!!

  • bro..... damn! inspired like a motherfucker....

  • @MrAnderson1985 LOL! Bring It my man!!!

  • HEEEEEEY SANTA!!!

  • amazing results bro :D question, how many reps you did with most exercises, clearly shows you focused on low but heavy reps right?

  • @FaridYM Great question. Yes, for the most part, I focused on using enough weight so that my last two reps of each set were very difficult. Once they got easy, I increased the reps. I kept them around 8-10.

Now with pull ups and pushups, that it a different story. P90X REALLY makes you strong in that area. In the P90X One on One DVD called "30/15" I can pop out about 300 pushups and 150 pull ups in an hour session.

  • Motivized ???

    Motivated right?

  • @robmochdre Just my spin on it. lol

  • good formula..but those exercises doesn't give u that body.

  • @vitto Exactly... it's the exercises AND the nutrition plan. I commented earlier how after my mid 30s I was turning into "that guy" with the decent arms and chest, but HUGE gut. P90X helped to slim my core. Check out my before and after pics on my website at motivatedfitnessdotnet

  • @MotivatedFitness1 don't try to sell me that P90 BS..you are in a gym. Only weights give you that body..not resistance bands. Plus you have the genetics..your body fat is a little high.

If you are looking for a youtube partnership maybe you should be making videos like the Twin Muscle Workout channel.

  • @vitto You've been hating on this guy for the last month. It's obvious that you're jealous of his results. Yes, you can get in that kind of shape if you follow the program. Remember, as he said above, he's in round 3 of P90X. Which means he's been at it for over 6 months. Look around on youtube, there are many other guys that have gotten similar results. Let me do the math for you:

Hard work + dedication = RESULTS! And those guys are proof!

    Don't HATE-APPRECIATE!

  • @skicrazy121 are you his bitch? six months doesn't give you that body..it takes years if you do it naturally.

Stop being a little bitch..U MAD?

  • @vitto Dude he's not Hercules, he's not Mr.Olympia. If he's well into round 3, then he's been at it more like 8 months. If he started at 350 lbs.,yes, it would take alot longer. But

depending on where he started (say 30-40 lbs. overweight), those results are attainable in that time. Look at what P90X has done for others. Judging from your reaction, i'm apparently dealing with a high school, drama queen punk with no knowledge of what he's mouthing off about. Grow up-and educate yourself!

  • @vitto Besides, regardless of time, you said those exercises don't give you that body. He's doing the same exercises he would be doing at a gym-SO YES THEY WOULD!

  • @skicrazy121 PISH POSH..U MAD?

  • Are you strictly p90x?

  • @chopstix66 I;m doing P90X2 right now and loving the results. Very good for the core.. Before this came out, I was doing P90X2/Insanity hybrids. This provided a nice mixture of cardio and resistance training. I also do a LOT of extreme hiking and adventure races.

  • show off, you look good doin it too, great eye candy

  • nice video ( i loved it thanks )

  • Nice work man, i'm not a fan of the insanity stuff, but p90x is a good routine, but with the level of dedication you obviously put into it, i doubt you even needed the program at all. Nice Video too.

  • @Chivalrous420 P90X helped me to understand the importance of a clean approach to my nutrition. Now that I am at my target weight and bodyfat%, I can eat in moderation.

  • awesome job man! i also have some p90x videos :), keep it up!

  • Man continue to represent for those 40 something year olds out there. 45 years old here and am in the best shape of my life both physically and mentally. I really picked up a lot of nutrition tips from you and I will begin to implement them. Been working out for years but just recently am beginning to get the results i want. Not until I really did an about face with my eating and continuing my weights and cardio. I'll be posting some pics soon. Continue to do what u do man.

  • I see that you're a fan of the Chobani greek yogurt. LOVE IT!!!! Great source of protein, Oikos is another good brand. Wow man, I'm hoping to achieve even half the results you got.

  • @drlove1972 Don't settle for half my friend, go for it all if not more!

  • @noahinthewhale Thanks... these continue to be really tough for me

  • you inspire all of us!! :D

  • Holy Crap, I got to get p90x,I MEAN DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMMN

  • self improvement is masturbation

  • What ate the resistance bands you use? They look seriously strong.

  • IVE NEVER EVER SEEN RESULTS LIKE THAT. Those muscles are brutal. I think you should try insanity that why get you to the next level.

  • where can I buy that bar you use in 0:33 ?

  • @Everaftermty You can buy the pullup bar from any local sporting goods store for about $25-$40. Well worth the investment.

  • great video and awesome results

  • @P90DRE Thanks!

  • I am telling you man one day I am going to be just like you, you keep this shit up and you are going to have a nation!!!

    Badassvegan*com

  • @Dynamicedeception Wow, thanks!

  • You don't look 42 years of age....man you are putting younger men to shame...LOL.

  • Nice, Eric, nice. Love the music. Crane pose is awesome.

  • @fit4life07 Thanks man! Yeah, I love the Crane pose. I'm working my way up to the more difficult version where the knees are tucked under the armpits.. This requires a really strong core! Love it!!

  • good for you man...keep it up

  • @KillaMan760 Thanks bro. I love being healthy and fit. It's like no other feeling in the world.

  • are you taking hgh what supplements are you using
