I have come to the conclusion that it is not the WRITINGS that are wrong it is the INTERPRETATION of the various books by the church where the problem lies. I left the church and abandoned the so called 'new testament' because I could no longer stomach the lack of intellectual integrity of church leaders. For me, Acts 17:11 is pivotal: when Paul spoke to the Bereans, they checked the TANAKH to see if he was right. That means the Tanakh is the authority. ALL Scripture must confirm with it.

But Jesus DID rise again, and whenever He was talking about things that would happen, He referred to prophecies which date from way before His existance. And the ones about the Messiah all came out, and all came out in Jesus. And Deutoronomy speaks about prophets making prophecies, Jesus just referred to prophecies already made. please show me where in the gospel of matthew or john where it say's what day of the week he was crucified on i do not believe it is in their. Just like it does not say what day he was born on. but men seem to like to put their own thoughts on these days and call them truth

So what day he was crucified on Mon-Fri, Sat-Sun is of no consequence.
