She looks sooo cute there, I noticed she looks alot like the character Audrey Tautou played in "Amelie", and some of the art things in her videos seem to be quite alot like the movie. I wonder if Jane was the inspiration for that French movie, but she and Lady Robotika have more in common. Sorry to hear about Jane's knee accident, I hope her surgery goes well, she recovers from the Poison Ivy, Best of Wishes, Get Well Soon Jane!!!
She says Doki doki, waku waku at the start which is something along the lines of "nervous hearts", "exciting hearts" "wicked beat" or "sounds of a beating heart". It might depend on what she says next.
When has Jane ever stopped being "cute" and "adorable"? It's her type-cast for life.

Add, she also said 'Fushigi'. It means 'Wonder'. That's very easy.

My Japanese is incredibly entry-level!

@daystilljersey
Your Japanese is brilliant! That's a good explanation.
Dokidoki is the emotional adjective word which largely is used in nervous situation.
Wakuwaku is the same type word which largely is used in exciting situation.
'Ikiteiru' means to be living now.
I think it is difficult to understand Japanese on media commercial.
