When PLAY UK showed the byline "Major news report on BBC ONE and BBC News 24 now" since PLAY UK is half owned by BBC worldwide they have to show that and the UKTV network it's actually owned by Virgin Media (or Flextech as it was in 2002)

How did it work? I remember having it, but did Sky One etc come through the normal terrestrial arial?

@bunglebearMCR You had a DVB-T receiver that where the current freeview channels are now was instead premium channels that would only be viewable with a mediaguard cam and correct card (or pirate card which itv had mega problems with!). This was intergrated into the ITV digital receiver.

They had to stop it because they couldn't keep their heads above water after they purchased rights to show Football League Matches but it was good
