First time I saw this ad I was tripping on Vitamin A. I can't imagine a better way to experience it for the first time. Ancient techinque, but strange and amusing.

The tune being put to good use in this ad is by LORD ROCKINGHAM'S Xl called "Hoots mon", it reached #1 in the charts in 1958.
