Looks nice! Small piece of advice, don't use the drill chuck for milling operations. You can get away with it, but if anything goes wrong your likely to destroy the drill chuck. Drill chucks are designed for axial loads only, also, collets typically have better TIR so your endmills will last longer.

Very nice - the only thing I would change is that coupling on your stepper. Spend a few dollars and get a small helical one.
