dude i saw this dance in person... everyone seriously just blanked out and stared at her for the whole dance cause they couldnt believe she was doing this at freakin 14. i think everyones self confidence died by like 50 percent that day.

@delias95 Yes, she has amazing center and is a gifted turner. Nice height in her leaps. Think her solos from past years were more impressive, she has some serious technique issues that should have been corrected by 14. She is a beautiful girl and puts her heart into her dances but to be a GREAT dancer you must have gorgeous transitions, fluidity,, pointed toes, fully extended legs, etc. She is talented no doubt but needs to focus on these things to keep progressing and reach her potential.
i wouldnt even call this a dance if i were you. all it is is kick after leap after turn and it goes on throughout the whole thing. tricks are not dancing. thats great that your a competition dancer, but thats not the real world. maybe take some actual good classes at your studio (if they have them) & get better choreography for your solo next year to work on actually dancing, not just kicking your leg to your head & turning a million times . sorry its the truth & that was boring.
