There is absolutely no problem with Kojima's games, except maybe a little too many cutscenes at times. Phil doesn't know what to do because he's not used to actually having to listen and then do things without help rather than having giant fucking arrows on the screen telling where to go and hand-holding at every step along an objective. I don't blame Phil though. It's not his fault that developers have made dumbing down games so common that without their guiding hand nowadays we're lost.

@MoneyKur Easy to say when you've probably played this game multiple times over the years. I'm willing to bet that your first playthrough of the game wasn't so hot either. I'll admit that mine certainly wasn't. This can be a complicated game for newcomers, and that's easy to forget once you know how to play.

Problem whit Kojimas games... no no no Phil, you have been playing to much of these modern games again, you forgot how games are suposed to be... Kojima did it the good old way here, he don't like to tell you everything. he want's us to find the way ourselves, making it more of a challange. Not everything is like Call of Duty where they tell you everything your supsoed to do...

@EmperorXaozx Have not playd to much BF... but i playd a little BF3... and well i got a feeling is much like Call of Duty only MUUUUUCH slower. So for me it's natural to use an example i know, and that if that if i know a famo0us game like CoD it's a good example. Be honest, the game is pretty much go there and destroy everything, kill everyone. No need to think and plan out your next move. It's a simple game in that way... and yes, it can be a bit to simple.

Then when the trailer of RE6 showed guess what they compard to....CoD.

@EmperorXaozx Resident Evil has turned into a totaly new game... i have only tryed RE1.

I have RE4 on my PS3. The only thing about RE1-3 (i gues 2 and 3 are mostly the same) is the strange controlls that are hard to get used to. i only playd for about a Houer. But that's not what we are talking about, RE is not a horror game anymore... 6 look's to have a few Horror part's... who knows? Wayt... are we of track now?x) Anyways, few Games keep trou to the classic (learn the game) type.

@andvas1994 RE is still a horror game, but without the scary, they just got the panic part down. I played some games that make you utilize the controls fully even though it tells you what to do. I had a similar experience when I had to beat Avatar:Burning Earth after not playing it for 3 years. Had to re-learn the entire control scheme.

The Resident Evil movies are not horror, they are Action movies. RE5 is a Action survival game. RE1-3 where like what's on the next corner? AH! He scared me... RE4 has some of that still... but RE5... no man, it's as far from a Action game as you can get.

@andvas1994 I don't think any RE was meant to scare you, but make you feel on the edge of your seat. In RE5 there were many situatsions where I paniced (Reapers and other powerful Majini/B.O.W.) RE6 will have a extra emphasis on the horror while keeping the action. It's not even slose to CoD, so hopefully that'll shut people up.

RE4 i look at as a game made to make you panic. I just started playing it, i'm like 7 houers into the game i think. and well there i don't get a feeling of it being scary but Creepy and made to make you panic. RE1 was known as one of the scariest games of all time... but as whit ''Friday the 13th'' used to be scary in the 80's, now adays WE don't find it scar because it's older.... same whit RE.

3 games in 1 year. would not suprise me if they made a fourth.xD I wish they would sit down and try and find a way to make Resident Evil more what it used to be whit a modern twist to it. The RE4-6 gameplay... real TPS gameplay, but still give us the RE1 horror. and return some of the Puzzle things.
