Not really. I haven't played the first and I'm alright. I've heard good things about Brave Fencer Musashi but have yet to play it.

@Bladedlightning This game does the first little Justice, the first was quite enjoyable and fun. This is alright...but...meh. Also the powers you get don't make a squeaky toy noise when you get them. D:

This is a remake of Brave Fencer Musashi. I've never played either game so, I have no idea which one is better I've only seen Darkness the Curse review both. He said the first one was better but I'm not here to pass on judgment. I still look forward to this let's play.

I remember the first game. It was great and full of laughs. This one was good and had pretty graphics. The opening was better than the first one(the 1st really didn't have an opening.)
