These comments about the last line are ridiculous. The music implies that the twins are fine, and the phrase they're alluding to is "Trying to get pregnant." You never say "I'm doing pregnancy again."

The idea that the producer would put something as controversial and emotional as a miscarriage in this ad is absurd. The fictitious twins are fine, and after all the apprehension leading up to it, the guy wants to have more.  It's a simple message.

Obviously when the statement, "try again" is said, it's automatically implied that failure was involved, and you want to re-do it. When you legitimately succeed, it would be worded as to "Do again." The producer knew it would be controversial; that's how to move an audience and get views therefore, he made the video end in such a abrupt wording.
